Online Lessons
We are living in uncertain times for the foreseeable future. The arts--as well as many other fields--have seemingly been put on hold. However, we cannot hit pause on music education. Especially for the student musician, every year--every month, even--is vital to ensure that one can reach their potential.
Distance-learning is the norm, at least for now. Luckily, technology is on the side of those who embrace it. As a freelance musician, I am accustomed to producing high quality audio and video recordings of my concerts. I bring that same dedication to sound quality to my online lessons. For audio, I have several microphones at my disposal including a pair of Rode NT5 condenser microphones and a Cascade Fathead ribbon microphone, which I connect to my computer via a USB audio interface. For video, I utilize a Sony a5100 mirrorless camera connected to a computer via an HDMI capture card. I use a wired Ethernet connection to ensure the highest possible bandwidth. If these words mean nothing to you, just know that I am dedicated to the highest quality virtual lessons!
Learning never stops. My approach to teaching is the same, regardless of the medium. There are now no limits on geography. From anywhere in the world, contact me for lessons!
